About AV Supplier
Where our name, AV Supplier, is fairly new, we as an organisation have been pursuing our passion since 2005. Using audio-visual equipment at events to make impact and lasting memories for our clients and visitors of their events. We proudly contribute to what is one of Holland's best exports; Event organization and Audiovisual technology.
Previously we operated under the name HWC Events & Rental, but since 2024 a fresh wind has been blowing through event land; AV Supplier! At the AV Supplier, we like to produce a new sound, shine light in places that were previously in the shadow and make visual what was previously written. For us, it's all about passion for entrepreneurship and the love of breaking through prescribed frameworks. We see growth as an organization only as something qualitatively measurable. Increasing the quality of our work, increasing satisfaction among our clients and creating a more positive impact on our environment.

Having a positive impact on our environment
At the AV Supplier, we believe that rental, by definition, makes a positive contribution to society. After all, materials you only need a few times a year are better rented than owned. But we go beyond that. It is important to us that we keep our carbon footprint as small as possible and our contribution to the environment climate neutral. How we do that?
- A large number of solar panels on the roof of our warehouses

- We charge our battery powered equipment with 100% green solar and wind energy
- Giving AV equipment a socially responsible ‘second life’ after their rental days are over.

Now that you know how we work, we’d also like to let you know where we work. In fact, you will find us on a daily basis at various event venues throughout Europe with the Netherlands and Amsterdam as our expertise area.
Our standard of quality is the same for every event. This is a core value and certainly something we are proud of. For example, we provide a conference in Amsterdam with the same passion and quality standards as a trade fair in Berlin.
